CARV 300 Challenge

Our monthly benchmark challenge will allow you to compete against yourself each month and see how much progress you've made.  

How To participate:

1. Complete 10 rounds of 10 push-ups, 10 v-ups and 10 jump squats for time by the end of the month.

2. Submit your time below. This will allow you to reference your time and set a goal for each month's challenge.
